These terms apply when you use GetHiredSystem.com or book a place on a Get Hired System workshop. Please read them before you book.

GetHiredSystem.com is operated by Sade Professional LLC, trading as Get Hired System. Our registered address is 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sade Professional LLC. You can contact us at [email protected].
The workshop
Get Hired System is a one-day, six-hour live online workshop delivered on Zoom by Sunil. Each workshop is limited to 12 participants.
The date, time and price of each workshop are shown on the booking page. All times are UK time.
The workshop provides teaching, practical work and the chance to ask questions in a group. It does not include individual CV reviews or one-to-one coaching unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
No guarantee of employment
The workshop teaches a method for finding work. We cannot promise that you will get a job, an interview, a particular salary or a job within a particular time. Your results depend on your own circumstances, the effort you put in, the roles you apply for and the decisions of employers and recruiters.
Booking and payment
You book a place by paying in full through our checkout, which is provided by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when payment is complete and we send you a confirmation email.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. [To confirm: whether VAT or any other tax applies, and how it is shown.]
Places are allocated in the order bookings are completed. When a workshop is full, no further bookings can be made for it.
Booking a call with Sunil does not reserve a place.
Joining the workshop
We will email the Zoom joining link and any preparation details to the address you give when you book. Please check your spam folder if you have not received them by [To confirm: how long before the workshop].
To take part, you will need a computer with a reliable internet connection, a camera and microphone, and Zoom. [To confirm: any other tools or paid subscriptions you need, and their cost.]
Your place is for you only. Please do not share the joining link.
Cancellations and refunds
Our halfway guarantee: if you are not 100% happy with the workshop by the halfway point (the lunch break), tell Sunil before the afternoon session starts and we will refund the full price you paid. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. You will then leave the workshop. The guarantee applies once per person.
If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop: we will refund the full price you paid, back to the card you paid with.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the workshop: we will not refund the price, but we will help you move your place to a later workshop. Places are limited, so we will agree the new date with you.
If we cancel or move the workshop: if we have to cancel or reschedule, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you a place on another date or a full refund. [To confirm.]

Recordings and materials
We record the workshop. The recording is made available only to people who booked a place on that workshop, for their own use. You may not share it with anyone else. [To confirm: how long the recording stays available.]

All workshop content and materials are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them for your own job search. You may not copy, share, sell or teach them to others without our written permission. You may not record the workshop.
Behaviour during the workshop
We want the workshop to be a safe, supportive space. Please treat Sunil and the other participants with respect. Keep anything other participants share about their own situations confidential.
We may remove anyone from the workshop whose behaviour is disruptive or abusive. In that case, no refund is due.
Our liability
We will deliver the workshop with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, including problems with your internet connection, your equipment or Zoom.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the price you paid for it.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on it, including text, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
Your personal information
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy. Our use of cookies is explained in our cookie policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking.
